Defect on the bag
Hi. The bag I recieved got this defect on the handstrap which I noticed when I felt that the handstrap was scratching my arm and it is shown in the first picture. The bumbs on the side of the handstrap stiches the hand a bit when holding. Also there are like threads sticking out everywhere which makes the bag super ugly and cheap. Also the thread on the strap is kinda coming off. Had bad experiences with threads coming off. I require some kind of refund. Feel very unlucky. The quality was not as expected and I am not happy with the bag.

My new favorite bag!
I wanted a smaller purse sized bag that could still hold a lot, and this is exactly what I was looking for! I can fit a cosmetics pouch, my wallet, and mini fan with room to spare. Not only is it functional, but it's super stylish as well and I can see myself using it in all kinds of situations whether it's going to the store or to dinner. The bag is good quality, and the strap makes it very comfortable to carry. Ludy is for sure my new favorite bag!
